 Techniques

·        Swedish Massage - Using oils or lotion directly on you skin with gently pressure.

·        Deep Tissue - Using oils with pressure and friction massage to create accelerated heating on chronic or acute muscle conditions.

·        CrainoSacral - Gentle hand positing to correct and encourage tissue realignment.

·        Lymphatic Drainage - Gentle massage to relieve lymphedema due to surgery, injury, or disease.

·        Reiki - Gentle hand position with mediative relaxing
